Mimi Yoga was designed as a sensory retreat in the heart of Wynwood—an airy, intentional space that reflects both the owner’s global heritage and the studio’s grounding philosophy. Tasked with bringing this vision to life, I focused on creating a boutique wellness environment that felt elevated, soulful, and transportive.

Worldly architectural details, like arched thresholds and handcrafted zellige tile, infuse the space with quiet character and cultural depth. The main studio features an ombré hand-painted wall—a soft gradient that evokes lightness and lift, visually reinforcing the emotional intention of the practice within.

Natural textures, tonal layering, and concealed storage maintain a clean, serene aesthetic, while custom elements ground the space in functionality. The result is a globally inspired studio that feels expansive, warm, and deeply connected to its purpose.
