Once home to a former Rockette, this Upper East Side apartment hadn’t been touched in nearly three decades. We led this transformation—reimagining the layout, refining every detail, and breathing new life into the space—all on an accelerated 4-month construction timeline.

The goal was to maximize functionality without compromising style. We reconfigured the footprint to add a new bedroom and bathroom while opening up the main living areas to feel airy, bright, and expansive. Carefully considered materiality and subtle, continuous lines help every space feel larger and more cohesive.

Hidden doors, integrated closets, and touch-latch cabinetry allowed us to eliminate visual clutter and create clean, uninterrupted surfaces—delivering a serene, modern environment that feels both tailored and timeless.
