For over a decade, Courtney has served as Senior Designer on large-scale multifamily developments in partnership with SHIM Projects. Working across ground-up residential communities, she has led the interior design direction from concept through completion, overseeing model units, amenity spaces, full-building finish specifications, FF&E procurement and staging.
Balancing refined aesthetics with construction realities, budgets, and developer objectives, Courtney brings a rare fluency between creative vision and execution at scale. Her experience within high-volume residential environments informs every project with a deeper understanding of systems, coordination, and strategic design thinking.
