This Fort Lauderdale home underwent a complete transformation through a full gut renovation that reimagined both the architecture and interiors. Structural beams were removed and the floor plan was redesigned to create a more open, cohesive layout, allowing natural light to move effortlessly through the living spaces. New wide-plank wood flooring and a restrained palette of warm neutrals established a calm, timeless foundation throughout the home.

The kitchen was fully reworked with a new layout, custom millwork, and natural stone surfaces, creating a space that is both highly functional and quietly refined. Bathrooms were redesigned with custom vanities, layered lighting, and richly veined stone to evoke a serene, spa-like atmosphere.

The overall design blends modern Mediterranean influences with warm contemporary minimalism, emphasizing natural materials, soft textures, and sculptural forms. Furniture, lighting, and accessories were carefully curated to complement the architecture, creating interiors that feel elevated yet effortless.

The project also included a full backyard renovation, extending the design language outdoors and creating a seamless connection between interior and exterior living.

Completed from concept through final styling, every detail—from architectural decisions to the tabletop pieces—was thoughtfully considered to create a cohesive and timeless home.
